Studied law in Caracas, but since the end of his career he has held various offices in the film industry. He began directing Student Short Film Festival Viart, passing trough the National Cinemateque of Venezuela as a Program coordinator, until 2009 when he founded his own production company: Bajo La Manga Lab. In Bajo La Manga Lab he has focused primarily on executive production and projects development for film projects and the organization of film-related events. In film events highlight Semana Animada de Caracas, Ccs Clip Video Fest and Chorts, the main short film event in Venezuela. In film he has won 8 calls of CNACs (Venezuelan Film Institute) funds. In 2009 with the documentary ¨Yo, Indocumentada¨ and the Kenyan/Venezuelan co production ¨Togethernes Supreme¨ who won 2 awards at African Movie Academy Awards 2010, Best International Feature Film at Santa Barbara International Film Festival 2011 and the Global Landscape Award at Cinequest Film Festival 2011: and in 2010 with ¨Lo Que Nunca Pense Decir¨, short fiction film by Juan Fermin and Chorts Film Festival 2010. His first documentary short ¨Caracas en Moto¨participated in more than 30 film festivals. Recently he produced Arpon, directed by Tom Espinoza and selected in Ventana Sur Copia Cero. He is now developing ¨The Last Word¨ directed by Ivan Mazza.
